The Rockefeller tower in Dubai will rise 400 metres on Sheikh Zayed Road, with completion planned for 2031, the developer says.

The Rockefeller tower in Dubai will be a 400-metre, 87-storey office building on Sheikh Zayed Road, according to the developer, as reported by Arabian Business.

What the Rockefeller tower in Dubai will offer

The Rockefeller tower in Dubai, formally the Christian A. Rockefeller Business Tower, is the first real estate project to carry the brand globally. LMD UAE is the developer. Furthermore, completion is scheduled for the second quarter of 2031. Notably, the tower sits between the Business Bay and Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall metro stations.

It will combine Grade A offices with hotel-style services. The plans include four office collections and five amenity floors, two of them focused on health and fitness. In addition, there will be a spa, an outdoor pool, a padel court and a business centre on Level 87.

In terms of space, office sizes range from single offices to half and full floors. For example, full floors on Levels 71 to 80 start at about 11,541 sq ft and have private terraces. The Rockefeller tower in Dubai will also have 23 elevators and more than 1,100 parking spaces.

Design and location of the Sheikh Zayed Road office tower

Overall, the design features a curved, ribbed glass facade, planted terraces and a pointed crown. Also, Bahrain-based International Design Associates is handling the interiors. Meanwhile, the site is close to Downtown Dubai, DIFC and Business Bay.

What buyers should know

At this stage, the developer has not disclosed prices. Devmark leads sales and marketing, and the sales centre is at Anantara Business Tower in Business Bay. However, the project details come from the developer and its partners, who all have a commercial interest in the launch. As a result, anyone considering the Rockefeller tower in Dubai should verify project registration and payment terms with the Dubai Land Department before committing.
